Responsabilities

In this challenging position you are responsible for:  

• The design, management, maintenance and documentation of our core business processes (in collaboration with the IT & Business Process Director)
• The design, management, maintenance and documentation of our current business software applications (in cooperation with our external partners)
• The design, management, maintenance and documentation of our business software applications key upgrade projects:
  • Legacy CRM applications to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Legacy ERP applications to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Legacy Business Reporting applications to Microsoft Azure Data Lake and Microsoft Power BI
• The 1st line support / helpdesk function for our business software applications
• You will build partnerships with reliable external suppliers in various countries 
• The Software Asset Management (SAM) for our business software applications

Your profile 

• You fully recognise yourself in our core values: passionately committed, solution-driven, team, care
• You have a bachelor or master degree in a computer science discipline or equivalent through experience
• You are able to understand and analyse requests from the business, work out conceptual solutions, defend them internally and then convert them into workable and reliable solutions for all users.
• You have clearly demonstrable experience(s) with some of the following technologies: 
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents)
• Microsoft Cloud Technology (especially Azure)
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Product Configuration software / Configure Price Quote (CPQ)
• CAD / CAM software

You speak and write Dutch, French and English fluently.
You have proven working experience in an industrial production environment
